Matrix creator does not work

Hello, my creator does not work, I tried a lot of method it still worked there is little and it 's powering correctly on a raspberry pi 3b + I have redone several tests on other raspberry and other sd and other OS but nothing works, so I come to ask you for help thank you

Sorry for the delay in responding!

Can you run the following commands and let me know their outputs?

cat /sys/firmware/devicetree/base/model
lsb_release -a
uname -a

That will let me know if you have the correct version of everything.

Can you also run the following command? It will let us know if your FPGA JTAG chain is being detected.

sudo xc3sprog -j -c sysfsgpio_creator
