Problem started matrix with raspberry

Hi,

I have a problem:
I installed on my raspberry 3 a Matrix Voice eps32 with Buster the first time, but I realized that it’s not good for scissors. But the Matrix Voice was working.

Then I put on my Raspberry 3 Stretch, and the Matrix Voice doesn’t work anymore.

I did a purge because the matrixio-kernel-module version is 0.2.1 is not good, but it still doesn’t work.

I would like to reset the factory settings because it worked.

Can you help me?
