Is there a way to electrically interface the raspberry camera to the matrix IO FPGA?
I realize this is not a feature (connection) supported but is there a possible mod that could be made to interface to the extra IO on the FPGA?

Hello @cfelton
You have 17 GPIO from FPGA in the expansion connector.
You find the UCF information in: https://github.com/matrix-io/matrix-creator-quickstart/wiki/MATRIX-Creator-Pinout, and also you could check our FPGA stuff in: https://github.com/matrix-io/matrix-creator-fpga.
Also remember the technical details of FPGA I/O ports in DS: https://github.com/matrix-io/matrix-creator-quickstart/wiki/Data-Sheets
Best regards.
Thanks for the links to some of the FPGA info. Do you have any links to the technical information of the raspberry camera?
Regards,
Chris
Hi, some links
Yoel
Thanks Yoel!
Has anyone documented the pinout of the camera module? I am sure it can be reversed engineered but hoping to save some time. I didn’t see this in the links you provided (hopefully I didn’t miss it).

Chris
Maybe this could help. Your project is interesting .
