SSL certificate has expired - Matrix Creator Driver Installation

Hello all,

I’ve tried to install the microphone driver for the Matrix creator using the instructions given on the website (Microphones MATRIX).

Running the following the command:
curl https://apt.matrix.one/doc/apt-key.gpg | sudo apt-key add -

It appears that the SSL certificate has expired. Also, the apt-key command is deprecated.

Is there any alternative way to get and install the Matrix kernel modules?

Hey there,
couple of months ago i had the same problem but could not find a solution back then. Though now i found this Post from mariobfo, which hasnt been there when i last checked, i am gonna try it today and let you know if it works, but this should be the way to go.

Thanks for the pointer! I’ve followed the post you’ve linked and I’ve followed the instructions they’ve given, but I can’t figure out how to actually download all the files using the Packages file onto my Pi. If you’ve figured this out since your last comment, could you give me some pointers on how to go about this?
